DELIVERY POLICY 

Dispatch 
 
Karma Sales & Services Ltd aims to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day, either by An Post or courier service. Orders received after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders received after 3pm on Fridays or on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the following working day for next day delivery. 
 
Damaged or Short Deliveries 
 
Damaged goods or short deliveries must be notified immediately to Karma Sales & Services either by email at karma@eircom.net or by telephone 01 837 6296. Karma Sales & Services Ltd does not accept responsibility for damaged or short deliveries unless notified within 48 hours of the CUSTOMER receiving the delivery. All Returns must be approved in advanced and accompanied by a valid RMA number. Click here to request a RMA number.  
 
Carriage/Handling Charges 
 
Delivery charges may vary from time to time and Karma Sales & Services retain the right to amend these charges when appropriate. All items purchased online will have the relevant delivery charge highlighted at the checkout. 
 
Delivery Charge 
 
Standard Delivery within the island of Ireland is €8
 
A handling charge may be applied to all orders. All orders outside of the island of Ireland will be subject to extra carriage charges. 
 
Equipment & heavy goods may be subject to additional delivery charges, regardless of the value of the items.
